An Entry from the Book of Now
This morning, I was listening to a voice—voice echoing across dimensions, cloaked in podcast form, but ancient in its rhythm.
Thoth was speaking.
Not as a god, not as a myth, but as the frequency of memory.
Not teaching new things, but helping me remember the old.
"As above, so below.
As within, so without.
As you think, so it becomes."
It wasn’t new. But suddenly...
it was alive in me.
I’ve always followed the breath in my practice.
But today, I saw it differently.
The breath is not just a bridge between body and soul.
It is a wand. A tuning fork. A cosmic signature.
It is the secret spell of alignment.
When I inhale, I don’t just take in air—
I take in geometry, light, and intention.
When I exhale, I don’t just release breath—
I release the old scripts, the broken codes, the static.
I shape the universe with my inhale.
I rewrite it with my exhale.
This is not manipulation.
This is remembrance.
I chuckled when it landed—because truth doesn’t always strike like lightning.
Sometimes it taps you on the shoulder and says:
"Hey... you already know this."

When the world gets loud...
Stop.
Inhale: “I return to the Source.”
Exhale: “I shape what I see.”
Repeat.
No effort. No drama.
Just tuning.

We are not students in this path.
We are initiates who forgot.
We are not waiting to receive.
We are remembering how to emit.
The door swings in with the breath.
The door swings out with the breath.
Stop breathing... well—you know what happens.
So breathe. Smile. And shape the Now.
