🌙 Night Ritual for Protection & Peace
1. Purify & Intend
✅ Wudu before bed
✅ Recite:
-
Ayat al-Kursi (2:255)
-
Last 2 verses of Surah Al-Baqarah (2:285–286)
-
Surah Ikhlas, Falaq, Nas (3x each)
✅ Blow into palms, wipe body
✅ Intention: “Ya Allah, protect me in my sleep, grant me healing, and let no harm touch me except what You will.”
2. Soothe the Body
✅ Drink warm honey + apple cider + olive oil mix
✅ Gentle stretch or slow breathing (inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 6)
✅ Keep water by bedside
3. Ground the Mind
✅ Write one release (e.g. “I release fear/anger into Allah’s hands”)
✅ Write one gratitude (e.g. “I am thankful for this night’s rest in His care”)
4. Sleep with Protection
✅ Lie on right side, facing Qiblah if possible
✅ Hand on heart, recite:
“Hasbiyallahu la ilaha illa Huwa, ‘alayhi tawakkaltu, wa Huwa Rabbul-‘arshil-‘Azim.”
✅ Visualize yourself surrounded by divine light
🌌 If You Wake Disturbed
✅ Say: “A’udhu billahi min ash-shaytanir-rajim”
✅ Take 3 deep breaths
✅ Repeat “Allahu Akbar” until steady
