How does one cook for 6000 people,the amount of food that would feed an entire regiment of a good size army? In this case however the dishes are alot more choicier and meets the standard of a wedding feast and not simply put together for hungry soldiers.

The pots, six of them together at a time just for curries alone, are huge.

The amount of rice to be prepared defies the imgination and the fact that it took good coordination of two people to accomplish this was a feat.
