Blessed are those who prepare food!.

Yes it is all in the mixing of spices and red chili peppers with tender loving care and a smile of your face, be sure to wash your hands good after. Penang is all about food, or so they say, but as a local born and raised on the island I will have to say that it is nothing like it used to be.
